1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ginger Healthcare website (ginger.healthcare) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ginger Healthcare.
2. Description of Services
Ginger Healthcare provides medical tourism facilitation services, including but not limited to:
- Connecting international patients with hospitals and doctors across India, Turkey, Thailand, UAE, and Singapore
- Obtaining treatment opinions and cost estimates from partner hospitals
- Assisting with medical visa documentation
- Coordinating travel logistics, airport pickup, and accommodation
- Providing on-ground patient support during treatment
- Facilitating post-treatment follow-up
- Providing informational content about medical procedures and destinations
3. Our Role — Important Clarification
⚠️ Ginger Healthcare is a medical tourism facilitator, NOT a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or medical advice. All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and surgical procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and its medical professionals.
Our role is limited to:
- Connecting you with appropriate hospitals and specialists based on your stated medical condition
- Facilitating communication between you and the hospital
- Coordinating logistics (travel, accommodation, visa)
- Providing administrative support throughout your journey
We do not guarantee medical outcomes, and the relationship between you and the treating hospital/doctor is independent of our facilitation services.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your medical condition, history, and personal details
- Provide authentic and unaltered medical reports and documents
- Disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and pre-existing conditions to both us and the treating hospital
- Obtain all necessary travel documents (passport, visa) and travel insurance
- Comply with hospital rules, regulations, and discharge instructions
- Make timely payments as agreed with the hospital
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
5. Medical Information Disclaimer
All medical information provided on our website (including blog articles, procedure descriptions, cost estimates, and success rates) is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. This information should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Cost estimates provided on our website and by our team are indicative and non-binding. Actual treatment costs may vary based on the hospital's assessment of your condition, diagnostic findings, choice of implants/materials, length of stay, and any complications that may arise.
6. Costs & Payments
- Our facilitation services are free of charge to patients. We do not charge consultation fees, coordination fees, or commissions from patients.
- All treatment costs are paid directly to the hospital. Ginger Healthcare does not collect payments on behalf of hospitals unless explicitly agreed.
- Cost estimates are subject to change based on the hospital's final assessment after examination.
- Travel expenses (flights, accommodation, visa fees, local transport) are borne by the patient.
- We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Since our facilitation services are free, there is no refund applicable for our services. Regarding hospital-related payments:
- Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the individual hospital's terms
- Any advance deposits paid to hospitals are subject to the hospital's refund policy
- We will assist in communicating cancellation requests to hospitals but cannot guarantee refunds
- Flight and hotel cancellation charges, if any, are subject to the respective provider's policies
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Ginger Healthcare shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, adverse events, or results arising from treatment at partner hospitals
- We shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of hospitals, doctors, airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or other third-party service providers
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Ginger Healthcare (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
⚠️ Medical treatment carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that all surgical and medical procedures involve risks including but not limited to infection, complications, adverse reactions, and unforeseen outcomes. You agree to discuss all risks with your treating physician before consenting to treatment.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
