I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support we received during our recent medical visit to India. It has long been a dream of mine to bring my wife to Fortis for treatment, and I am truly pleased to say that the entire experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

I would especially like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Ginger Healthcare team for their outstanding coordination and support throughout our journey. In particular, Anoshka, our medical coordinator, demonstrated remarkable dedication from the very beginning. She ensured that every detail of our travel and treatment arrangements was handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency, making our transition smooth and stress-free until the moment we arrived.

Upon arrival, we had the privilege of being assisted by Mohsin, whose support was truly exceptional. As our dedicated companion, he stood by us at every step—both inside and outside the hospital. His tireless energy, constant presence, and unwavering commitment, even during long and demanding days, brought us great comfort and reassurance.
