These are the roles that shape how we serve international patients. We're always interested in hearing from exceptional people in these areas, even when we don't have an active opening.

Patient Counsellors
Our frontline — you chat with patients across 60+ countries, understand their medical needs, and guide them toward the right hospital and doctor. Empathy, patience, and clarity matter more than medical training.
🏥
Hospital Coordinators
Based at partner hospitals — you're the on-ground presence during a patient's treatment. You bridge language barriers, solve logistical problems, and make sure patients never feel alone in a foreign country.

Business Development
You build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, travel agents, and corporate clients. Strong communication, relationship-building, and a track record in healthcare or travel B2B are ideal.
⚙️
Operations & Admin
The engine room — you keep our systems running, support the team, manage internal processes, and ensure everything behind the scenes is organised. Detail-oriented and process-minded.

Marketing & Content
You tell our story — SEO-driven blog writing, social media, patient stories, video content, and performance marketing. Healthcare or travel industry experience is a plus.

Media
Video, photography, PR, medical writing, social content — if your craft is storytelling in any medium, we'd like to hear how you'd bring Ginger's patient stories to life.

Medical Advisors
Doctors (typically with 10+ years of practice) who review incoming patient cases, help us match them with the right specialty and hospital, and occasionally answer clinical queries from our counselling team.

Medical Consulting
Specialist Doctors

A separate opportunity from our employment roles — we work with qualified doctors on a consulting basis.

Specialist Doctors
We're looking for qualified specialists across fields who can conduct OPDs for our patients and review our medical content for accuracy. Commercial terms are discussed case-by-case, based on your qualifications and the time you can commit. Flexible — as much or as little engagement as suits your practice.
Not an employment role. This is a consulting partnership with a flexible commercial arrangement.

A note on timing
We don't have specific openings today. We may take a while to respond — sometimes weeks, sometimes months — because we only reach out when we see a real fit and have the bandwidth to onboard someone well. If we haven't replied, it's not personal. We keep good applications on file and revisit them when the right moment comes.
