It's a fair question, and we'd be worried if you didn't ask it. We're a fully registered Indian company (CIN U93090DL2018PTC337505), we've helped 5,000+ patients from 60+ countries since 2018, and we work exclusively with NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals.
But the most honest proof of our work comes from patients themselves — please read their unfiltered Google reviews before deciding. They tell the real story, in their own words.

Every hospital we work with is accredited by NABH (India's national standard) or JCI (the international gold standard), or both. We share specific hospital options only once we understand your medical condition — because the right hospital depends on your specialty and the treating doctor, not just on the hospital brand.
No. Our services are free for patients. You pay the hospital directly for your treatment and related services (accommodation, diagnostics, etc.). We do not add markup — you pay the same as you would if you contacted the hospital yourself.
Medical treatment in India is typically 30–80% cheaper than in Western Europe, North America, or the Gulf, for comparable quality. We help by getting you transparent estimates from multiple hospitals so you can compare.
Try our Cost Calculator for a rough idea before you chat with us.
Initial estimates are indicative and based on the information you provide. The final cost is confirmed by the hospital after you arrive and are personally evaluated by the doctor. Costs may vary if the doctor recommends additional tests, procedures, or a different treatment approach. We explain this clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Every doctor at our partner hospitals holds full Indian medical qualifications, with many having additional international fellowships and decades of specialty experience. Once we understand your case, we share 2–3 doctor options along with their credentials, so you can choose. We never recommend a single doctor as "the best" — the right fit depends on your condition and personal preferences.
Medical outcomes are never guaranteed by anyone, anywhere — and we are transparent about this. Responsibility for clinical care rests with the treating hospital and doctor. While we cannot guarantee outcomes, we stay with you through the journey and help coordinate post-treatment follow-up with your doctor once you're home.
Yes, extensively. We provide the visa invitation letter, guide you on the application process, and help with any queries from your embassy. For most countries, an Indian medical visa takes 1–3 weeks. We cannot guarantee visa approval (that's your embassy's decision) but we ensure you have everything on your side done correctly.
Absolutely, and we recommend it. India offers a "Medical Attendant Visa" for companions traveling with medical visa holders. We help with their paperwork too. Having a familiar face through a medical journey in another country makes everything easier.
Serviced apartments and guest houses near the hospital are the most popular choice — patients appreciate the homely environment and kitchen facilities. Standard twin-sharing rooms cost approximately USD 30 per day; premium options go up to around USD 100. Hotels are also an option if you prefer.
Our team shares a shortlist of accommodations near the hospital you choose. You can book directly yourself, or we can book the first day or two for you and you can extend once you arrive and see the place.
Our chat uses live translation, so you can message us in any language and we'll respond fluently. At the hospital, we arrange English and Arabic translators on-site, and specialist consultants in Russian, French, and Uzbek. Other languages can be arranged with advance notice. Communication will not be a barrier.
Most post-treatment follow-ups can be done via remote consultation with your treating doctor. We help coordinate those appointments and share your medical records with your local doctor if needed. For procedures requiring physical follow-up (e.g., some orthopaedic or transplant cases), your doctor will advise the timeline upfront so you can plan.
Simply start a chat with us on this website — no form-filling needed. Our counsellor will ask a few questions about your medical condition, medical reports you may have, and preferred timeline. Within 24–48 working hours, we share 2–3 suitable hospital and doctor options with indicative costs. You decide from there. The whole initial exploration is completely free and non-binding.
For elective treatments, the typical timeline from first chat to arriving in India is 1–4 weeks — limited mostly by visa processing. For urgent cases, we can expedite. Some patients arrive within 7–10 days when needed and when their visa timeline allows.
You are under no obligation at any stage. You can stop the conversation at any time, choose not to travel, or change your plan. Your medical reports, personal information, and preferences remain confidential regardless. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
