Dr. Ankit Jain is a highly accomplished cardiologist and electrophysiology specialist serving as Additional Director of Cardiology at Fortis Gurgaon. With over 13 years of clinical experience, he brings deep expertise in the management of complex arrhythmias, radiofrequency ablation, and advanced cardiac electrophysiology services to his patients.
Dr. Jain completed his DM in Cardiology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, and was selected by the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS) for a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) fellowship, which he pursued at the renowned Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan, under Professor Shih-ann Chen. During this fellowship, he gained extensive experience in radiofrequency ablation for ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, and genetic arrhythmia syndromes.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Jain has successfully performed more than 2,500 electrophysiology studies and radiofrequency ablation procedures, implanted ICDs and pacemakers, and managed complex cardiac rhythm disorders. He has also completed more than 2,000 coronary interventions, including complex high-risk procedures and device closures for congenital heart defects.
