With over 21 years of distinguished experience in oncology, he currently serves as the Director of Breast & Gastro-Intestinal Onco-Surgery at the institute. Trained in surgical oncology from the prestigious Institute Rotary Cancer Hospital (IRCH) at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, Dr. Naik is widely regarded as one of the best breast cancer surgeons in the Delhi and Gurgaon region.
Dr. Naik has performed more than 12,000 onco-surgical operations since 1996, demonstrating exceptional expertise across a broad spectrum of complex cancer surgeries. He is proficient in laparoscopic and thoracoscopic procedures as well as diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic techniques. His dedication to advancing the field is reflected in his numerous published papers and research articles in journals of national and international repute. He has served as an invited faculty at various international and national conferences and has been a guide and mentor to DNB Surgical Oncology training programmes.
