Dr. Joydeep Singh Vasant is a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist with extensive training and experience in managing both solid and hematological malignancies. He currently serves as an Associate Consultant in Medical Oncology within the Cancer Care department. His clinical expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of advanced cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and intrathecal chemotherapy. Dr. Vasant is proficient in treating various solid tumors, such as cancers of the lung, breast, head and neck, genitourinary system, and gynaecological tract, as well as sarcomas. His capabilities also extend to hematological malignancies, including lymphomas, plasma cell disorders, myeloproliferative disorders, and leukemias. Additionally, Dr. Vasant is experienced in performing autologous stem cell transplants, bringing hope and healing to patients with complex blood cancers. He holds an ESMO (European Society of Medical Oncology) certification in Medical Oncology 2024, as well as in pain and palliative care, underscoring his commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered cancer management.
