Dr. Julius Xavier Scott is a distinguished paediatric hemato-oncologist with over 22 years of experience in treating childhood blood disorders, cancers, and immunodeficiencies. He currently serves as the Director of the Department of Paediatric Hemato-Oncology at Rela Hospital, Chennai. Dr. Scott completed his fellowship in Paediatric Hemato-Oncology at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide, Australia, bringing a wealth of global expertise and clinical excellence to his practice. His clinical expertise spans a comprehensive range of conditions including childhood leukaemias, lymphomas, solid tumours, bone marrow transplantation, and retinoblastoma care. With over 140 peer-reviewed publications and several medical books to his credit, Dr. Scott is recognized as both a clinician and an academic leader in his field. He has been honoured with the Best Doctor Award by the Rotary Club of Chennai Towers (2013), the International Healthcare Award (2016), and the Mayan Award presented by Dr. Kiran Bedi, the then Hon. Governor of Puducherry.
