Dr. Kiran K Reddy Badam is a well-trained and qualified Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive expertise in Hip & Knee Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, Pediatric Orthopedics, Spine Surgery, Pelvic-Acetabular Trauma, Diabetic Foot (Podiatry), Ilizarov techniques, and Pediatric Orthopedics. With over 15 years of experience, he brings a unique combination of adult and pediatric orthopedic skills honed through international fellowships and training across India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Dr. Badam completed his fellowship training in Paediatric Orthopedics & Kyphoscoliosis Spine Surgery (FIPO) in Singapore, Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy (FISA) at Smith & Nephew, and Joint Replacement Surgery at DePuy, J&J. He is a Member of The Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS), Edinburgh, UK. He is recognized as one of the few pioneer surgeons in the country performing complicated pediatric procedures such as Teratological Medial Open Reduction Hip, SCFE Safe Surgical Dislocation, Super Knee, and Super Ankle surgeries. He is also an Ilizarov/LRS and VAC Expert Surgeon who has saved many limbs from amputation. An accomplished academician and researcher, Dr. Badam has published work in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at regional, national, and international orthopedic forums. He serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics at the prestigious Central Government Institute NIMS (NIMR) and actively works to care for underprivileged children with cerebral palsy and other orthopedic problems in Telangana and other regional states.
