Dr. Milind Phadke is an accomplished Senior Consultant Cardiologist based in Mumbai, Parel, with 14 years of professional experience. He specializes in a comprehensive range of cardiac procedures, including coronary angioplasties (PCI), complex coronary interventions, and both pediatric and adult congenital heart disease interventions, as well as valvular procedures such as balloon mitral valvotomy (BMV) and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Dr. Phadke holds a unique distinction in the cardiology community for his ability to manage a wide spectrum of cardiac procedures — coronary, congenital, valvular, and structural heart disease interventions. His special interests include non-surgical closure of congenital heart defects such as ASDs, VSDs, and PDAs, coarctoplasty, stenting, and valvuloplasties. He is also keenly interested in echocardiography for both adult and congenital heart disease. A University topper and Gold medalist at all major qualifying examinations throughout his career, Dr. Phadke has authored more than 40 published articles in peer-reviewed national and international journals and more than 10 book chapters. He is a recognized teacher for the DM Cardiology course at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) and serves as an Examiner for DM Cardiology and DNB Cardiology practical examinations at various institutes across India.
