Dr. P K Das is a highly distinguished medical oncologist currently serving as Vice Chairman of Medical Oncology at Max Healthcare, New Delhi. With over 25 years of clinical experience in cancer care, he has built an exceptional career spanning some of India's most prestigious institutions, including the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Apollo Cancer Institute, and international hospitals in the UAE. His extensive expertise encompasses haematological malignancies, rare malignancies, cancer in pregnancy, lung cancer management, breast cancer management, gastrointestinal oncology, and precision oncology. Dr. Das has earned international recognition for his contributions to oncology, including a First Prize at the 11th International Congress on Anti-Cancer Treatment in Paris, France. He has also been selected as an Expert Advisory Committee Member on Oncology for six new AIIMS by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, and as an Expert Committee Member by the Drug Controller General of India. His research contributions include publications in reputed journals covering EGFR mutation status in NSCLC, PET parameters in invasive ductal carcinoma, and NK/T cell lymphoma.
