Dr. Rajesh Rajput is a distinguished endocrinologist and diabetologist currently serving as Director in the Department of Endocrinology & Diabetes at Medanta Gurugram. A Former-Senior Professor and Head of the Department of Endocrinology at PGIMS, Rohtak, Dr. Rajput brings more than 25 years of extensive clinical experience in managing a wide spectrum of endocrine and metabolic disorders. His areas of expertise encompass thyroid disorders, obesity management in both adults and pediatric patients, menstrual hormonal disorders, PCOD, hyperprolactinemia, hirsutism, and cholesterol/lipid disorders. Dr. Rajput is a prolific academician and researcher with more than 180 publications in various international and national journals. He has co-edited three authoritative textbooks — ITS Textbook of Thyroid Disorders, Endocrine Disorders in Pregnancy, and Women Health in Diabetes — and has contributed chapters to several well-known medical textbooks including API Textbook of Medicine, Manual of Endocrinology, Medicine Update, and RSSDI Update. His dedication to advancing endocrine care has earned him numerous prestigious awards and recognition across India.
