Dr. Ravindra Vats is a leading name in bariatric and advanced laparoscopic surgery in India, currently serving as Senior Director in Surgical Gastroenterology, Advance Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, New Delhi. With over motre than 19 years of experience, he has been widely acknowledged for his versatile and patient-centric approach to surgical care. Dr. Vats' journey in surgery began with a deep passion that led him to secure a highly competitive surgical residency at one of India's oldest and most respected universities in Allahabad. During his postgraduate training, he was honored with a special Health Ministers Award in recognition of his exceptional medical talent. Armed with a Master's in Surgery (2004), he undertook higher training in GI and GI oncology surgery at the Army R R Hospital, New Delhi, before advancing into specialized laparoscopic and bariatric surgery under the tutelage of renowned mentors.
