Dr. Richa Sharma is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist with deep expertise in Pediatric Ophthalmology, Strabismus (Squint), and Neuro-Ophthalmology. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, child-friendly eye care and managing complex visual disorders with precision and compassion. Dr. Sharma has successfully performed thousands of adult cataract surgeries alongside her specialized pediatric practice. Her clinical skills span a wide spectrum from pediatric cataract surgery in infants to the surgical and non-surgical management of all types of strabismus, including complex conditions such as CFEOM and paralytic strabismus. She is also experienced in managing cerebral visual impairment, refractive errors, amblyopia, and various neuro-ophthalmology conditions including optic neuritis, ocular myasthenia gravis, and ophthalmoplegias due to cranial nerve palsies. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sharma has conducted extensive outreach and surgical care in underserved areas including Vrindavan, Saharanpur, and Mohammadi, helping expand access to pediatric and adult ophthalmic care.
