Dr. Rohith P. Reddy is a skilled Consultant Interventional Cardiologist currently practicing at Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. With extensive training in interventional cardiology and a strong foundation in internal medicine, Dr. Reddy brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex cardiac conditions. He has performed more than 1,000 coronary percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs) as a primary operator, including several complex procedures such as chronic total occlusions (CTO), left main and bifurcation PCI, cases requiring IABP and ECMO support, primary PCI, device closures for structural heart disease (ASD, VSD, and PDA), pacemaker and ICD/CRT implantations, IVUS-guided PCI, and peripheral angioplasty. Dr. Reddy received specialized training in percutaneous closure tools like Proglide and Angioseal. In 2018, he served as an international faculty member at the CTO Club in Nagoya, Japan — a testament to his global recognition in the field of interventional cardiology. His special interests include TAVR/MitraClip/structural heart disease, coronary interventions guided by IVUS and FFR, cardiac imaging, and chronic total occlusions.
