Dr. Vedant Kabra is a distinguished surgical oncologist serving as Principal Director of Surgical Oncology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram. With over 25 years of clinical experience and more than 12,000 cancer surgeries to his credit, Dr. Kabra is one of India's most accomplished cancer surgeons. His expertise spans a wide range of oncosurgical procedures, with particular proficiency in complex oncosurgical interventions and robotic surgery for cancer. Dr. Kabra received his Surgical Oncology training from the prestigious Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, and the National Cancer Centre, Singapore — two of Asia's foremost cancer institutions. He is a recognized faculty at various international and national conferences and has authored numerous papers and three book chapters. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Kabra is deeply committed to cancer awareness through regular health talks, awareness drives, and self-examination camps. He also spearheads the tobacco cessation movement — Voice of Tobacco Victims (VoTV) — in Gurugram and Haryana.
