Dr. Vinay R is an accomplished Consultant Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon with over a decade of comprehensive training and clinical experience in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery. He holds a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the prestigious Manipal Hospital, Bangalore, along with an AO Craniomaxillofacial Fellowship from University Hospital Basel, Switzerland. His extensive training spans reconstructive microsurgery, trauma reconstruction, craniomaxillofacial surgery, hair transplantation, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures. Throughout his career, Dr. Vinay has gained rich experience across multiple surgical disciplines, progressing from surgical residency to oncosurgery and ultimately specializing in plastic surgery. His international fellowship in Switzerland provided him with exposure to world-class surgical techniques in craniomaxillofacial reconstruction under leading European surgeons. He has performed and assisted in a high volume of cases, including microvascular procedures, burn contracture releases, hand reconstruction, cleft lip and palate repairs, breast reconstruction, and numerous cosmetic procedures including liposuction, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty. Dr. Vinay is currently serving as a Junior Consultant in Plastic Surgery and Hair Transplantation at KIMS Hospital, where he continues to deliver high-quality patient care across a diverse range of plastic and reconstructive surgical cases.
