Dr. Viswesvaran Balasubramanian is one of India's most reputed clinical and interventional pulmonologists, currently serving as Senior Consultant in Interventional Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine at Yashoda Hospitals, Somajiguda. With extensive training in both basic and advanced bronchoscopy techniques, he has performed thousands of bronchoscopies and EBUS procedures and is widely considered a pioneer in the field of interventional pulmonology. He also serves as the course director of basic and advanced interventional pulmonology fellowships, training numerous national and international candidates. Dr. Balasubramanian possesses deep expertise in sleep medicine, having been awarded a gold medal in a fellowship on sleep medicine conducted by ISDA.
