I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh. My child is a heart patient who has some serious complications. I was looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, pro-active, cooperative & at the same time, willing to help. Dr. Nithisha Barnala from Ginger Healthcare was a few steps ahead of what I had in mind. I will term her as my baby's "Guardian Angel". She has truly been so supportive & caring and managed her time (even after her regular office hours) to help us in our urgent case. She managed the documents we required on an emergency basis.
She showed her patience & proved her level of professionalism in listening & understanding our baby's health problems & all the complications that we are facing & was very pro-active in managing the papers that we required instantaneously.
We'll remain ever grateful to you for your efforts to save our child's life, Dr. Nithisha. I have found very few people who are this much concerned, sensible, empathetic and pro-active. We still don't know what course we're going to take & what's going to happen to our beloved child. But, we'll remember this difficult journey & the people who stand by us now with their utmost support and care.
